Position Overview:

As a Hardscape and Landscape Construction Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our construction projects, ensuring high-quality results and efficient workflows. You'll lead a team of skilled workers, manage on-site activities, and communicate directly with clients and management to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a crew of construction workers in hardscape and landscape installations. Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and designs. Oversee the installation of patios, retaining walls, sidewalks, outdoor rooms, and landscaping elements. Operate and maintain construction equipment, including skid steers, track loaders, excavators, and other tools. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Train and mentor team members to improve skills and efficiency. Maintain a safe and clean job site, adhering to safety protocols. Communicate effectively with clients and management to provide updates and address concerns. Job Requirements Proven experience in hardscape and landscape construction, with leadership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in hardscaping and landscaping. Ability to read and execute blueprints and project plans. Proficient in operating construction equipment and tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
