Full-Time Position We are looking for an experienced, dependable Landscape Manager to oversee our field crews and make sure our jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Responsibilities Manage and supervise landscape crews on job sites Assign daily work and make sure crews know what needs to be completed Make sure employees arrive on time and are prepared for the day's work Oversee the quality and completion of landscaping projects Communicate with crew members and address problems that come up on the job Make sure equipment, trucks, and materials are ready and properly maintained Monitor job progress and keep projects moving on schedule Communicate with customers when needed Make sure employees follow company procedures and safety requirements progress, issues, material needs, and employee concerns to ownership/management Help train and lead employees to improve productivity and workmanship Ideal Candidate Previous landscaping or landscape construction experience Previous experience supervising or managing a crew preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable and organized Able to work outdoors and handle a fast-paced work environment Able to solve problems and make decisions in the field Valid driver's license Must be able to lead by example and hold employees accountable What We Are Looking For We need someone who can take charge of the crews and keep the jobs running smoothly .
