Project Technician ProScape LawnLandscape ProScape LawnLandscape is hiring a Project Technician to join our commercial landscape construction team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to be part of a team building and installing commercial landscape projects. You'll spend your days in the field helping bring projects to life-from site preparation and planting to hardscape installation and finishing work. This is a labor-focused role , not a supervisory or project-planning position. If you have landscape construction experience, a strong work ethic, and take pride in doing quality work, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Perform hands-on labor for commercial landscape construction projects Assist with planting, grading, drainage, irrigation, and landscape lighting installation Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, walls, and other site improvements Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Follow project plans, layouts, and direction from project leadership Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to ProScape quality standards Perform physical labor including lifting, digging, shoveling, raking, and other general construction tasks Follow all company safety policies and procedures What We're Looking For Experience in landscape or construction installation Valid driver's license required Must be able to successfully pass a background check Reliable, safety-minded, and detail oriented Benefits Medical insurance available after 90 days Paid Time Off after 90 days Company match savings plan Phone stipend Career development and coaching Opportunity to grow with a strong and expanding company About ProScape LawnLandscape ProScape LawnLandscape is a growing commercial landscaping company built on the values of teamwork, accountability, excellence, consistency, urgency, and pride in our work.
