The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in landscaping, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven supervisory experience. As a Landscape Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful execution of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping operations, including maintenance, installation, and construction projects. Oversee the performance of team members, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and quality results. Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Manage landscape maintenance tasks such as but not limited to mowing, trimming, pruning, planting & weed control. Implement effective tree care practices and horticultural techniques to promote healthy plant growth. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any repairs or replacements needed. Train new employees on proper landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping practices. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening practices, and horticulture principles. Experience in construction-related tasks is a plus. Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for manual labor tasks. A valid driver's license is required.
