Total Turf Landscape About the Role Total Turf Landscape is looking for a dependable, hardworking Landscaping Foreman to lead our lawn maintenance crew. We're searching for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and can keep jobs running efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a landscaping crew on a daily basis. Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and general landscape maintenance. Communicate clearly with crew members and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Speak both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with all team members. Operate walk-behind mowers, ride-on mowers, and weed whackers safely and properly. Ensure jobs are completed on schedule and meet company quality standards. Keep equipment clean, and maintained. Represent Total Turf Landscape professionally when interacting with customers. Qualifications Previous experience in landscaping and crew leadership required. Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Experience operating commercial mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable, punctual, and dependable. Valid driver's license preferred (CDL is a plus). Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift 50+ pounds.
