Overview Our partner under Professional Landscape Services, Bluestone Landscape Design, seeks to add a new Installation Crew Member as part of a 3-4 person crew installing hardscape and landscape designs on high-end residential and commercial properties. Installation Crew Members possess some previous experience with the equipment and techniques associated with landscape construction and installation. This position reports to the Foreman. Duties Crew members are responsible for the execution of landscape construction work including hardscapes, planning, grading, bed preparation, boulder walls, sod installation, mulching, drainage work, lighting and other landscape construction tasks as needed. Crew members perform all work safely, on quality and on budget. This position requires an understanding of the safe operation of equipment. Completing other tasks and special projects, as assigned. Requirements The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and eager to take on responsibility and grow with Professional Landscape Services, Inc. In addition, he or she will possess: 1-3 years' experience in landscape/hardscape installation. Must be hard working, reliable, able to work well with others, and follow directions. Must be able to lift 75 pounds and perform physical field work. Open availability including long days, evenings, and weekends during peak seasons. Authorized to work in the US. Pass a drug and background check. Experience safely opera ng landscape machinery. Strong desire to learn and develop more skills and grow within the company. Compensation Package Hourly Wage commensurate with experience. The option to participate in the company health insurance plan.
