Currently, we are looking for a Landscape Account Manager . This person is the primary contact for an existing book of business. The main objectives of this position is maintaining existing client relationships, Managing the day to day operations, enhancing and improving the properties, scheduling, manpower, equipment and materials for Landscape maintenance and enhancement clients. Responsibilities • Manage all landscaping contractual obligations for an existing commercial book of Business. Lead, mentor and successfully manage multiple crews and to ensure all projects are completed within guidelines, budgets, and work hours and, in the case of changes and additional work, that work is communicated to the client. Look for new opportunities for special projects and enhancements for all existing properties. Earn Quarterly Commission from sales. Responsible for overseeing special projects enhancement crews. understand landscape designs and plant layout and plant characteristics. Knowledge in southern turf and plant types. Build long term client relationships with open and positive communication. Able to Identify Landscape enhancement opportunities and generate proposals for entire company. Able to operate irrigation controllers, experience troubleshooting. Resolve issues in a timely basis. Have Seasonal color design and installation experience. Pest ID. Able to Develop crew work schedules and service routes. Schedule and conduct walk through inspections on the property to ensure all client expectations are being met. Understand contractual specifications and make sure all are being completed as per the contract. To proactively identify potential problems within production and find resolution to minimize damage/risk or possibly create unforeseen opportunity for gain. Ensure safety for employees and clients at all times. Meet weekly with BM on account status and any issues. Generate referrals through existing clients. Able to meet or exceed yearly sales goals. Work with all employees in a pleasant manner Skills • Degree in landscape or business related field preferred. 3-5 years industry experience. Strong Employee Relations skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. A self-starter, adaptable, and a high attention to detail. Strong computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Background in horticulture and all aspects of landscaping. A valid driver's license Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
