$17hr Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Landscaper with experience in landscape maintenance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, be capable of supervising crew members, and safely operate company vehicles and equipment while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Job Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, planting, mulching, weed control, and general property upkeep. Lead and supervise landscaping crew members to ensure work is completed efficiently and meets company standards. Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively. Load, transport, and unload equipment and materials. Safely drive a company truck and tow a 24-foot trailer to and from job sites. Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance is required. Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping crew. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Must be able to safely tow and maneuver a 24-foot trailer attached to a company truck. Ability to operate landscaping equipment and power tools. Physically able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication and leadership skills. #MEM-PAS.
