Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Landscape Performance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of sustainable landscaping practices across our teams. In this role, you will oversee the performance and quality of landscape maintenance, ensure adherence to company standards, and drive innovative solutions to enhance production. Your leadership will inspire teams to deliver exceptional grounds management while maintaining safety, efficiency, and aesthetic excellence. Duties Lead and supervise landscape maintenance teams, ensuring high standards of lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds upkeep across multiple construction projects Develop and implement performance metrics for landscape quality, sustainability, and safety compliance Oversee irrigation system management, including installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and efficiency optimization Conduct plant identification assessments to ensure proper horticultural practices and healthy landscapes Manage crew work orders and schedule deadlines Operate company vehicles safely while transporting equipment and personnel between job sites (when needed) Maintain grounds maintenance equipment operation records and ensure proper usage and safety protocols are followed Provide training on landscaping techniques, horticulture best practices, tree care, gardening, and equipment handling to team members Manage and adhere to monthly operating budgets with crews Requirements Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or landscaping with a focus on outdoor project execution Supervising experience leading teams in grounds management or construction settings Strong knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, tree care, and gardening techniques Hands-on experience with irrigation systems management and troubleshooting skills Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently; experience with groundskeeping tools preferred Valid driver's license Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively in outdoor work settings Construction experience related to projects is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and project stakeholders Outdoor work experience in various weather conditions with a focus on safety and quality standards Join the LandPro team!
