Job Description

Landscape Superintendent - Marble & Moss Design Marble & Moss Design is looking for an experienced and dependable Landscape Superintendent to oversee landscape construction projects and help lead our growing field operations. This is a leadership position for someone who is organized, knowledgeable about landscape construction, comfortable managing crews, and able to keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of quality. This position will involve working throughout Utah County and surrounding areas and will require regular communication with crew leads, field employees, and company management. Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills are strongly preferred. The Superintendent will communicate regularly with both the field crew and company management throughout the workday. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day operations on landscape construction projects Coordinate and supervise multiple crews and Crew Leads Make sure crews understand project plans, priorities, and daily expectations Monitor project progress and communicate updates to company management Help coordinate materials, equipment, deliveries, and job-site needs Monitor workmanship and ensure projects meet Marble & Moss quality standards Identify problems or delays in the field and work with management to resolve them Help ensure projects stay on schedule and are completed efficiently Coordinate with Crew Leads regarding manpower, materials, and daily work Assist with planning the sequence of work and coordinating different phases of projects Communicate with clients or other project contacts when needed Help maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites Train, guide, and hold field employees accountable to company expectations Step in and assist with hands-on landscape construction work when needed Report project progress, issues, material needs, and other important information to management What We're Looking For Several years of experience in landscape construction or a closely related construction field Previous supervisory, Crew Lead, Foreman, or project-management experience preferred Strong understanding of landscape installation and construction Ability to read and understand landscape plans and project specifications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment in the field Reliable, dependable, and willing to take responsibility Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable working outdoors and around active construction sites Strong English and Spanish communication skills preferred Valid driver's license preferred Must be 18 years or older Pay & Hours Starting pay: 75K Salary Opportunities for performance-based raises and increased responsibility Full-time position Approximately 35-50 hours per week , depending on workload, project schedules, and weather Overtime may be available We're looking for someone who wants to grow with Marble & Moss and take an active role in helping the company build and maintain a strong field operation. This position offers an opportunity for increased responsibility and advancement as the company continues to grow.
