Lawn Maintenance Working Manager / Crew Leader Full-Time Year-Round Position We are looking for an experienced, dependable Working Manager / Crew Leader to help oversee our residential and commercial lawn maintenance crews. This is a hands-on position. We need someone who can lead employees, work alongside the crew, maintain high-quality standards, and make sure our customers are taken care of. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a lawn maintenance crew Manage and motivate employees in the field Perform residential and commercial lawn maintenance Operate stand-on and riding commercial mowers Maintain a high standard of quality on every property Inspect completed work and make sure nothing is missed Communicate professionally with customers Help keep crews organized, productive, and on schedule Properly care for equipment and report maintenance issues Assist with snow removal during the winter when needed What We're Looking For Previous professional lawn maintenance experience Experience operating stand-on and riding mowers Ability to manage and lead employees Strong attention to detail and a good eye for quality Dependable and able to show up consistently Good communication and customer-service skills Willing to work outdoors and alongside the crew Ability to take responsibility and solve problems in the field Snow-plowing experience is a plus Position Details Full-time Year-round employment Residential and commercial properties Pay will be based on experience and agreed upon after the interview We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants a long-term position with a company that cares about quality work and good customer service.
