Job Description

Experienced Commercial Landscape Assistant Crew Leader This is NOT an entry-level position. Virginia Landscape Management is seeking an experienced commercial landscape professional to assist in leading a maintenance crew. Applicants must have prior commercial landscape maintenance experience and be able to operate professional landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. This position also serves as the acting Crew Leader when needed. Candidates must be dependable, quality-focused, and capable of helping lead a crew while maintaining our standards across commercial properties. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers Ability to report to our Woodford, VA shop by 6:45 AM Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Willing to obtain a VDACS Registered Technician certification if not currently licensed

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
