What You'll Be Doing:

Leading from the

Manage and mentor a crew of 1-3 landscapers.

Customer Connection:

Be the "face" of the company on-site—keeping homeowners informed and making expert recommendations.

Site Excellence:

Maintain a professional image and ensure all tools and vehicles are organized and hit productivity goals.

Experience:

At least 3 years in the landscaping industry with proven experience in a leadership role.

Horticulture Passion:

You know your plants, you have a keen eye for design, and you never miss the small details.
