Boreal Property Management is seeking experienced Landscape Foremen and Landscape Professionals to join our growing team in Jackson Hole. We are looking for experienced professionals who bring both technical expertise and leadership ability to the field. During the summer, our team performs high-quality landscape maintenance and large landscape installation projects for luxury estates in Jackson, WY. Our year-round work includes irrigation, lawn care, gardening, noxious weed spraying, tree work, pond maintenance, snow plowing, etc! What You'll Do Lead and work alongside a crew to complete daily landscaping maintenance and installation projects. Work independently to perform skilled landscape work in your area of expertise. Organize daily work, and ensure crews have the materials and equipment needed to complete the job. Communicate professionally with clients and team members. Train, mentor, and develop team members. Operate and oversee the safe use of landscaping and construction equipment. Maintain a clean, organized, professional job site. Help ensure company safety procedures and quality standards are followed. Participate in seasonal operations Specialized Experience We Value We are particularly interested in professionals with significant experience in one or more of the following: Tree Care
pruning, removals, tree health, chainsaw work, technical felling. Irrigation
repair, troubleshooting, controllers, drip systems, wires, management, etc. Horticulture
plant identification, planting, pruning, dethatching, plant health, garden bed care Plant Health Care
pest and disease identification, treatment programs, fertilizer and herbicide application Noxious Weed Management
identification, control, and treatment of invasive and noxious weeds; Wyoming pesticide applicator license preferred, or willingness to obtain Landscape Construction
grading, drainage, planting, retaining walls, pavers, stonework, and other landscape construction Turf Management
installation, renovation, fertilization, weed control, aeration, and ongoing turf care Landscape Maintenance
managing detailed maintenance programs for high-end residential or commercial properties Equipment Operation
skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, and other landscape/construction equipment Snow & Winter Operations
plowing, equipment operation, shoveling, sanding, and winter property care You do not need to be an expert in every area.
We are looking for professionals who have developed real expertise in their field and can bring that knowledge to a team. What We're Looking For 3+ years professional landscaping experience is required. Crew leadership, foreman, or supervisory experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge in at least one area of landscape specialization. Ability to lead by example and work alongside your crew. Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with clients and team members. Good judgment and the ability to solve problems independently in the field. Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and keep projects moving efficiently. Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work. Reliable, dependable, and accountable. Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ lbs Professional communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) Valid Driver's License required Certifications such as ISA Arborist, Wyoming pesticide applicator, irrigation certifications, or other industry credentials are a plus.
