The ideal candidate will have a strong appreciation for nature and a commitment to maintaining beautiful landscapes. This role involves working with various plants, flowers, and gardening tools to create and sustain vibrant outdoor spaces. The Gardener will play a crucial role in enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our grounds while ensuring the health and vitality of all plant life. We operate in a drug-free environment. Duties Perform gardening maintenance tasks, including planting, weeding, pruning, watering, bed maintenance, pine straw placement Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various gardening tasks. Conduct regular plant care activities such as fertilizing and pest control. Monitor plant health and growth, implementing appropriate care techniques. Collaborate with team members to implement new garden layouts or improvements. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gardening tools and equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all duties. Experience Previous experience in gardening is preferred. Knowledge of plant species, growth requirements, and maintenance techniques is beneficial. A passion for gardening and a willingness to learn new skills related to plant care and design.
