Fall/Holiday is our busiest and most exciting season — the days fly by, the customers are great, and the energy is high. Positions Available We're hiring for multiple roles, including: Cashiers Customer Service / Sales Floor Team Stockers & Merchandising Plant Care & Watering Crew (seasonal) (We'll help match you to the role that fits you best.) What You'll Do Greet and assist customers with a smile Help guests find plants, products, and answers Stock and organize merchandise Keep sales areas clean, stocked, and welcoming Work as part of a supportive, team-first crew Learn about plants, gardening, and our products (we'll train you!) A sit-down desk job A slow, quiet retail environment A good fit if you don't enjoy talking with customers or staying busy What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable talking with customers Willing to learn (no plant knowledge required) Able to stand, walk, and lift light-to-moderate items Weekend availability is a big plus (it's our busiest and most fun time!) Retail or garden center experience is great — but not required. We'll train the right people.
