Job Summary Tried & True Property Solutions is looking for a dependable, hardworking Grounds & Porter Technician to help maintain apartment communities throughout the Jonesboro area. This position focuses on keeping properties clean, safe, and looking their best while assisting with light maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Pick up trash throughout apartment communities. Empty exterior trash cans and dispose of debris. Clean breezeways, stairwells, sidewalks, and common areas. Power wash sidewalks, stairwells, dumpster pads, and building exteriors as needed. Remove cobwebs from buildings and breezeways. Blow leaves and debris from sidewalks and parking lots. Perform basic landscaping, including weed removal, trimming shrubs, edging, and light pruning. Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management. Assist maintenance technicians with miscellaneous labor as needed. Maintain company equipment and vehicles. Represent Tried & True professionally while on property. Requirements Valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Self-motivated with minimal supervision. Ability to safely operate a pressure washer, backpack blower, string trimmer, and other landscape equipment (or willingness to learn).

Pay:
