Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of clients property to assess the quality of landscape maintenance. Verify that maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, gardening, are completed according to specifications Observe proper operation and safety of grounds maintenance equipment including power tools, hand tools, irrigation systems, and landscaping machinery Identify plants accurately and monitor plant health, applying horticultural knowledge to recommend or implement care strategies. Document inspection findings, maintenance activities, and safety concerns accurately and promptly. Skills Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and hardscape upkeep. Knowledge of the use proper tools in the maintenance effort. Ability to identify various plants, trees, and pests; understanding of horticulture principles. Practical experience in outdoor work environments including mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, and grounds inspection.
