Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers with safety and precision. Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment Requirements Prior outdoor work experience or background in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred Mechanical knowledge of landscaping tools, power equipment essential for efficient operation Ability to operate hand tools safely as well as larger machinery Strong understanding of lawn care routines including mowing, fertilizing, aeration, and seasonal cleanup tasks Knowledge of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation required for compliance Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions throughout the year Be able to pass an extensive background check Valid drivers license Reliable mode of transportation Valid vehicle insurance and registration Join us if you're passionate about outdoor environments!
