Final candidate offered the position will need to pass an extensive background check. The person fulfilling this position must be capable of performing the following, but not limited to: Cuts grass and pulls weeds on various properties Digs flower bed, plants flowers, and constructs decorative flower garden borders from wood Prunes shrubs and trees to shape and improve growth or removes damaged leaves, branches, and twigs Waters lawn and shrubs Paints fences and buildings Cleans out drainage ditches and culverts

Qualifications/Requirements:

High school diploma or General Education Degree unless otherwise waived by Tribal Council as based on determined experience and accomplishments. One (1) year related experience as well as other relevant educational or work experience. Candidate must be able to operate various hand power tools and have knowledge of maintenance safety. Applicant must possess a valid California Class C Driver's license and submit a DMV H6 Report as part of the background process. Must have a clean driving record that is acceptable to Table Mountain Rancheria's insurer.
