This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining clean and attractive environments, and provide excellent customer service.
Compensation:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour Position Requirements Professional appearance and strong work ethic. Verifiable professional references. Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Primary Responsibilities Travel throughout an assigned service area using company-provided equipment, tools, carts, and vehicles to complete daily assignments. Maintain the cleanliness of sidewalks, curbs, gutters, alleys, and other public spaces by removing litter, cigarette waste, and miscellaneous debris. Eliminate graffiti, unauthorized signage, stickers, and posters from public fixtures such as light poles, trash receptacles, utility boxes, and similar infrastructure. Observe the surrounding area while performing patrols and promptly report suspicious activity or potential public safety concerns to the appropriate law enforcement authorities. Accurately document descriptions of individuals, vehicles, or other relevant details when necessary. Provide a welcoming presence by greeting pedestrians, assisting visitors, answering general questions, and offering directions or information about the local area when appropriate. Complete clear and accurate written documentation, including reports of damaged public infrastructure, graffiti on private property, and summaries of daily work completed. Perform all duties in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Physical Requirements Ability to remain on foot for the majority of an eight-hour shift, with scheduled breaks. Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while using employer-provided protective gear. Ability to safely perform physically demanding tasks associated with landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance work.
