Support hardscape installation projects by preparing sites, laying pavers or stones, and assisting with construction of pathways or retaining walls. Perform routine groundskeeping duties like debris removal, snow plowing during winter months, and general cleanup to maintain a tidy work environment. Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents during outdoor work activities involving machinery or hazardous materials. Collaborate with team members on irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal watering schedules for landscape health. Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience or background in landscaping or grounds maintenance is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for outdoor environments is essential. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, power tools, and irrigation systems is highly desirable. Ability to identify plants and understand basic horticulture principles; pesticide management knowledge is a plus.
