Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscape Construction Technician to join our dynamic team. Our Landscape Construction Technicians are responsible for a variety of tasks designed to keep our customers' residential, commercial, and municipal properties in pristine shape. Labor will include manual tasks and the operation of commercial landscape maintenance tools and heavy equipment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills in landscape maintenance and hardscape installations, contributing to beautiful, thriving environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure all safety measures are followed during every job/ project. Contribute to our safety culture by wearing assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Interact with homeowners, property administrators, clients, and the public in a professional manner. Consistently deliver high-quality services during all tasks required, including: Installation of trees, shrubs, perennials, and annuals. Fine grading of lawns in preparation for seeding or sod. Installation of paver walkways and patios Assisting in Mulch installation either with Mulch blowing truck or by hand Safe and efficient operation of power tools; augers, chain saws, vibratory compactors, cut off saws, and other such tools. Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards Perform routine maintenance on equipment as directed. Perform other tasks as directed.

REQUIREMENTS

Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Legal authorization to work in the United States Reliable transportation to the branch or first job site Able to pass a pre-employment Background Check Able to operate standard landscape maintenance/ hardscape tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, augers, chain saws, compactors, excavators, loaders, skid steers, among others. Ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds & walk long distances. Ability to remain standing and walk continuously for extended periods while performing assigned job duties. Ability to drive company vehicles safely Maintain a regular and consistent attendance record. Availability to work variable hours which may include weekends, holidays and overtime. High attention to detail All employees are expected to work in a team environment and be willing to take direction and constructive feedback. Participation in our snow and ice management services is required . Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration

PAY RATE RANGE

$20.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on experience.
