This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our properties, including landscaping and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic. Experience is not mandatory but is prefered. Duties Perform regular maintenance on gardens, landscapes, and hardscapes to ensure aesthetic appeal and functionality. Utilize hand tools for various tasks including mowing, landscaping and general upkeep of outdoor spaces. Conduct snow shoveling during winter months to maintain safe access to facilities. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition through routine inspections and repairs. Ability to follow instructions accurately and timely. Ability to work in a team focused atmosphere. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred but not necessary. Familiarity with hand tools in gardening and landscaping tasks encouraged. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to maintenance tasks.
