We are looking to hire a seasonal full time position for the golf course maintenance department. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated and show a desire to learn and grow in the position. Start date would be ASAP. This is a golf course, where both week-day and weekend work will be required for all individuals.

Responsibilities include:

Helping mow all aspects of the golf course, including greens, tees, fairways, roughs and clubhouse grounds
String trimming areas as needed
Hand-Raking bunkers
Course clean-up in the spring and fall, as well as through-out the season as needed
Assisting with projects throughout the season, which could include bunker improvement, cart improvement, tree limbing/removal, etc.
Learn all aspects of the course, and how to set up a course daily

Requirements:

Prior experience on a golf course or landscaping preferred
willing to train as needed
Reliable transportation and a CT drivers license.
Ability to show up on time each day and perform the expected jobs
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in all weather conditions, including rain, 90+ temperatures, etc.
Positive attitude, a desire to learn and grow, and flexibility
