Property Cleaning Technician (Full-Time)

We are seeking a dependable Property Cleaning Technician to help maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of a portfolio of commercial properties in the New Castle area. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, property porter, custodial, outdoor janitorial, environmental services, or facilities maintenance who take pride in keeping properties looking their best. Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots, sidewalks, walkways, and common areas Operate backpack blowers and other equipment to remove leaves, debris, and litter Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the property Perform daily property inspections and identify maintenance or safety concerns Remove debris, illegal dumping, and other hazards from the grounds Assist with seasonal property upkeep and exterior maintenance projects Report damages, safety issues, and repair needs to management Help ensure properties consistently meet company appearance standards Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, outdoor janitorial, property porter, facilities maintenance, or similar outdoor maintenance roles preferred Experience using blowers, basic landscaping tools, or commercial cleaning equipment is a plus Ability to work independently and with a team Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the workday Valid driver's license, with a clean driving record and transportation Schedule Monday

- 2:30 PM Consistent full-time hours with weekends off and no On-call Benefits $16
