Job Description:

Cemetery Grounds Maintenance Crew Hauck Enterprises is seeking a hardworking and motivated individual to join our cemetery crew. As a Cemetery Crew Member, you will be responsible for various tasks related to ground maintenance, landscape maintenance, and tractor/trailer operations. Your primary duties will include assisting with burial and entombment set up, installing headstones, and fulfilling park maintenance requests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and set up for burials and entombments, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are ready for use.
• Install headstones and monuments, following proper procedures and guidelines.
• Perform park maintenance requests, including mowing, trimming, weeding, and general upkeep of the cemetery grounds and memorials.
• Operate tractors and trailers to transport equipment or materials as required.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times to ensure a secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in ground maintenance, landscape maintenance, or related field is required.
• Proficiency in operating tractors with trailers and zero turn mowers is essential.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in burial and headstone installation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills to interact with team members and clients.

Compensation and Benefits:

• The position pays up to $18per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
