Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our landscaping and groundskeeping operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a passion for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This role involves supervising a team while ensuring the highest standards of landscape maintenance, tree care, and irrigation practices are upheld. Duties Lead and supervise a team of maintenance staff in various landscaping tasks. Oversee tree care, including pruning, planting, and removal as necessary. Manage irrigation systems to ensure efficient water usage across all landscaped areas. Coordinate landscape maintenance activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing. Ensure groundskeeping tasks are completed efficiently and to quality standards. Build and maintain garden structures such as raised beds or decorative features. Train team members on best practices in landscape maintenance and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify maintenance needs. Experience Proven experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is essential. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Knowledge of tree care techniques and irrigation systems is highly desirable. Experience in supervising landscaping projects from start to finish. Familiarity with garden design principles and plant care is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
