Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

Routinely walk floors, including roofs, checking for problems and lights out, and report findings back to supervisors. Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing work. Maintain a working relationship with building staff. Paint all common areas and perform touch-ups as required; inspect areas needing paint and advise the manager. Perform general maintenance on HVAC systems, including clearing lines and changing filters. Execute minor electrical maintenance, such as changing out existing fixtures. Clean all trash receptacles inside buildings and around the community at designated stations. Pressure wash outdoor areas Clean BBQ grills and pool furniture. Clean windows, floors, cabinets, gym equipment, mirrors, restrooms, water fountains, and furniture on a weekly/daily basis as needed in the clubhouse, gym, and guardhouse. Provide emergency on-call support as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift, pull, and push materials and equipment up to 50 lbs occasionally to complete assigned job tasks. Proven experience in residential maintenance or handyman services (HOA, multifamily, or large property experience preferred). Must be able to speak and write in English. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay:

$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
