Groundskeepers / Porters ✨ Do you take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and looking great? Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors and staying active throughout the day? Responsibilities Include:

• Maintaining clean and attractive community grounds
• Picking up trash and debris throughout the property
• Assisting with pressure washing, painting, and curb appeal projects
• Cleaning breezeways, stairwells, hallways, and common areas
• Helping move appliances, furniture, and supplies as needed
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and exterior fixtures
• Delivering notices or correspondence to residents
• Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with additional projects

What We're Looking For:
