Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Conduct tree trimming, shrub pruning, and hardscape cleaning to uphold safety standards and visual quality Follow all safety protocols diligently while operating equipment and performing outdoor tasks Skills Mechanical knowledge of landscaping and grounds maintenance equipment Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and groundskeeping machinery safely and effectively Strong outdoor work experience with a focus on grounds maintenance and landscaping operations Understanding of safety protocol adherence during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries
