Higher pay may be available based on experience, performance, dependability, and work ethic. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Job Responsibilities Mow residential and commercial properties Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds Weed eat and string trim Blow grass and debris from paved areas Trim hedges and shrubs Pick up and dispose of debris Load and unload equipment and materials Clean and perform basic maintenance on equipment Follow safety procedures and crew-leader instructions Qualifications At least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required & reliable transportation Truck-and-trailer driving experience preferred Dependable, punctual, and able to work well with a crew Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather Able to stand, bend, walk, and perform physical labor Able to lift at least 50 pounds English or Spanish accepted; bilingual preferred
