Groundskeeping Laborer Job Summary Honc is seeking hard-working and reliable Laborer to join our Groundskeeping Team. Laborer Duties and Responsibilities Landscaping Farmwork (to include farm animals) General equipment maintenance Installing fences Upkeep of structures on property Laborer Requirements and Qualifications Similar work experience may be beneficial, but not required Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check is required Ability to sit, climb, squat, bend or stand for an extended period of time. In addition, ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Ability to work in a team setting Ability to take directions from management Ability to communicate and report effectively Lift minimum of 50 pounds Understand verbal English Compensation Based on experience
