Position Summary Crystal Cut Lawn Care is looking for a dependable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our growing team. This position is responsible for providing high-quality lawn maintenance and landscaping services while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows instructions well, and helps maintain a professional image at every property. Responsibilities Perform weekly and bi-weekly lawn mowing services String trim around fences, trees, flower beds, and other obstacles Edge sidewalks, driveways, and curbs Blow grass clippings from all hard surfaces before leaving each property Perform landscape maintenance, including shrub trimming, mulch installation, weed removal, and cleanups Inspect properties for issues and report concerns to management Safely operate commercial lawn equipment, including: Zero-turn mowers String trimmers Edgers Backpack blowers Hedge trimmers Load, unload, and maintain equipment and trailers Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized Follow company safety procedures at all times Provide courteous and professional interactions with customers when needed Qualifications Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (training available for the right candidate) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for driver positions) Ability to work outdoors in Florida heat and varying weather conditions Able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Skills Experience operating commercial lawn equipment Knowledge of plant identification and pruning techniques Irrigation repair experience (a plus) Landscape installation experience (a plus) Pesticide or herbicide license (a plus) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training Advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Success in This Role The ideal Field Technician consistently: Produces clean, professional-looking properties On time to show up early Takes care of company equipment Communicates well with the team Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Represents Crystal Cut Lawn Care professionally with every customer Apply Today Click Apply on Indeed.
