Crew Lead Responsibilities:

Perform various grounds maintenance tasks (mowing, edging, weedeating, shrub care, bed maintenance, leaf clean-up, tree trimming, etc.). Lead and manage a crew, helping develop both new and experienced team members. Ensure the highest quality standards on every job. Foster a productive, efficient, and safe work environment. Drive company trucks and trailers daily, navigating routes and handling tight spaces safely.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of crew lead experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.

Mechanical Aptitude:

Ability to safely operate and maintain landscaping equipment.

Physical Capability:

Able to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather, including lifting heavy items and digging.

Bonus Skills:

Knowledge of plant care techniques is a plus!
