We are looking for a reliable Full-time Porter/Groundskeeper who can work exterior and interior and clean common spaces in Multi-Residential Buildings located in Suwanee, GA 30024.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week - 7 am to 3 pm Please note that this position is subject to a thorough background check as a condition of employment. Scope of Work:

Heavy duty cleaning duties, including but not limited to routine deep and touch-up cleaning, hallways, stairways, exterior pool area/courtyard, litter pick up in and around the complex and community space in a multi-residential building Empty garbage and recycle as required Service garbage room and chutes as required Haul garbage bins to the compactor and safely operate the compactor Operate golf cart safely to transport cleaning supplies, heavy waste, and equipment between buildings and property zones. Maintain all hallways in excellent condition. Sweep and scrub as per schedule Maintain exterior amenities (pool, common areas in courtyard), including litter pickup, periodic scrubbing or power washing, running leaf blower Maintain amenities clean and deeply clean as needed (e.g. pool chairs) Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms Use our mobile application daily to check in, upload pictures, and check out Must-Haves to

Be Considered:

Have 1 year of commercial cleaning or heavy-duty cleaning experience. Ability to lift at least 40 Pounds. Ability to safely drive and navigate a golf cart around pedestrian walkways, parking lots, and building exteriors. Must have a valid driver's license Good verbal communication skills. Mobile phone with internet access to use iRestify App. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Must be able to use the required cleaning equipment and chemicals Willing to undergo a criminal background check. Be reliable, professional, and on time with strong attention to detail.

Wage rate:
