Full Time Kunau Implement is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our award-winning service team in DeWitt, IA, as a Groundskeeper / Machinery Detailer. This role is essential in maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and organization of our equipment and facility. Working hours are M-F 7:30 am-5:00 pm. Key Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, weed trimming, and basic landscape maintenance (seasonal) Wash and detail agricultural, construction, and lawn & garden equipment (interior and exterior) Fuel equipment as needed Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of service loaner machines Move equipment between service areas, wash bays, and the parking lot Keep service areas clean, safe, and free of debris (including snow removal) Maintain cleanliness and organization of the wash bay Support the service team with additional duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Ability to safely operate agricultural and construction equipment Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent lifting up to 25 lbs., occasional lifting up to 75 lbs. Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.
