Job Title:

Mowing Crew Member / Grounds Maintenance Worker

Position Summary:

Responsible for mowing, trimming, and maintaining lawns and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing outdoor environment. Open until filled

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain lawn mowing equipment (riding mowers, push mowers, trimmers, blowers). Mow designated areas according to established schedules and standards. Trim around obstacles, edges, fences, trees, and landscaped areas. Remove debris, litter, and grass clippings from sidewalks, driveways, and public areas. Perform basic equipment checks, cleaning, and routine maintenance (oil, blades, belts). Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment. Report any property damage, hazards, or equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:

Experience with mowing and landscaping equipment preferred (training provided). Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.

Work Schedule:

Seasonal or year-round; hours may vary depending on weather and workload.
