Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Worker and bring outdoor spaces to life with your hands-on skills and passion for landscape maintenance! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful lawns, gardens, and landscapes through mowing, trimming, planting, and general upkeep. Must have commercial zero turn mower expeeience. Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees; pruning and trimming; and installing mulch or decorative stones. Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Support tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote healthy growth. Experience Previous experience with lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred Basic mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is advantageous. Familiarity with horticulture principles or gardening practices is a plus. Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is beneficial. Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and health assessment enhances your suitability for this role. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards is essential. Strong attention to detail combined with a proactive attitude will help you succeed in maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces.
