S &S Treemaster is seeking 2 individuals to join their team. The ideal candidate would have previous experience or the desire to learn how to trim trees, work safely and run equipment. This is a full-time position that lasts year round when weather permits. Candidates must have a clean driving record, show up for work ON TIME daily, be able to work outside in the heat/cold and work as a team with other employees and pass a drug screen. This position is 40/hrs a week and does require some weekend work and the opportunity for overtime. Pay is weekly. Duties Perform tree trimming and pruning to maintain tree health and appearance. Operate bucket trucks and other equipment safely to access high branches. Utilize rigging techniques for the safe removal of large limbs or trees. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Collaborate with team members to execute tasks effectively. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in various environments. Have the ability to follow instruction and perform duties without micromanagement. Qualifications Proven experience in tree trimming, tree care, or landscape maintenance preferred. Familiarity with operating bucket trucks and rigging equipment is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions- we work in the heat and rain. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to maneuver and operate equipment and pull/back trailers. Candidates can start working immediately.
