Job Summary MP Lawn Care LLC is a growing commercial property maintenance company serving Northwest Indiana. We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values reliability and professionalism. This is more than just mowing grass. We provide commercial lawn maintenance, landscape maintenance, excavation, material hauling, erosion control, and winter snow & ice management. What we do:

• Commercial lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
• Landscape installation and maintenance
• Property cleanups
• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, and handheld equipment
• Assist with excavation, grading, and other construction-related projects (experience is a plus)
• Snow removal and ice management during the winter season What We're Looking For Lead and supervise a crew of lawn care technicians, assigning daily tasks and ensuring timely completion of projects Oversee landscape maintenance activities including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilization to maintain client properties' aesthetic appeal Manage hardscaping construction projects such as installing patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other outdoor features Operate groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems Dependable with excellent attendance Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Able to lift 50+ pounds Positive attitude and willingness to learn Experience with commercial landscaping or construction is preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience ($15•25) Overtime opportunities: 40-50 hours a week Paid holidays Opportunities for raises based on performance Year-round employment for dependable employees Opportunity to learn equipment operation and advance within the company Employee matched Retirement after 1 year of employment Why Work With Us?
