Responsibilities Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting to keep grounds vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, and power tools safely and efficiently Apply pesticides and fertilizers following safety protocols to control pests and promote healthy growth Perform routine inspections of grounds and equipment to identify maintenance needs and perform minor repairs or coordinate repairs as necessary Requirements Ability to operate ground maintenance machinery such as mowers, power tools, chainsaws, and company vehicles safely Strong manual handling skills with the physical ability for heavy lifting and prolonged outdoor activity in various weather conditions Familiarity with power tool safety standards and equipment maintenance procedures Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to grounds care Valid driver's license with the ability to operate company vehicles responsibly This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to well-maintained outdoor environments while developing essential skills in groundskeeping.
