GROUNDSMAN / CLEANUP CREW Woody's Tree Service | East Central Indiana Woody's Tree Service is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our tree crew as a Groundsman / Cleanup Crew Member! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Clean and maintain job sites during and after tree work Drag and stack brush Operate blowers, rakes, and other cleanup equipment Load and unload equipment and materials Assist with tree removal and trimming operations Assist with ropes, rigging, and lowering operations as trained Help operate skid steers and other equipment when qualified Work safely around homes, power lines, roads, and other structures Safely use chainsaws when trained and approved Communicate effectively with crew and equipment operators Complete daily equipment inspections Complete saw and equipment maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist the crew with daily equipment setup and breakdown Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards Represent Woody's Tree Service professionally with customers and clients Provide professional customer service while working on residential properties

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You should be able to or have: Dependable and punctual Hardworking and motivated Strong understanding of job-site safety Reliable transportation Pass a background check Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors in hot, cold, and changing weather Physically capable of heavy lifting and repetitive work Able to work well as part of a team Willing to learn new skills Safety-minded Respectful of customers and their property Drug-free and able to pass company requirements

EXPERIENCE

Experience is preferred but NOT required. We are willing to train the right person. Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: Tree service Landscaping Construction Lawn care Skid steer operation Chainsaw operation Rigging Heavy equipment
