We don't mow lawns. Gardens by the Yard designs, installs, and cares for ecologically vibrant residential gardens -- from wilder native meadows to refined foundation plantings. Many of our project are new installation so we are looking for folks with experience in planting and building new gardens. This is not typical landscaping. It's skilled gardening, ecological stewardship, and meaningful work with people and the land. We do not mow lawns.

TEAM MEMBER BACKGROUNDS

We have a diverse mix: Native plant Identification and care Landscape construction Fine Gardening Based in Natick, the work is mostly in Wayland, Weston, Wellesley, Newton, and Lincoln. All candidates must be physically fit, enthusiastic about learning, able to work well as a team member, and enjoy working outdoors under various weather conditions. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a cell phone with texting. Salary is based on experience with opportunities for growth. Full or part time. We are a professional, upbeat group with positive energy, and we enjoy bringing organic beauty to our clients.
