Duties Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep grounds looking pristine Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers and power tools, safely and efficiently Follow safety procedures consistently during outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment and power tools Experience with landscape maintenance practices including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting helpful but not necessary Outdoor work experience demonstrating resilience in various weather conditions Excellent understanding of safety protocols related to groundskeeping activities and equipment operation This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to beautiful outdoor environments while honing their skills in landscaping and grounds maintenance.
