Work 40 hours per week Seasonal, work from March through November Work every other weekend (4 hour days on the weekend) work in a recreational environment including regularly working outside in the heat or cold. Work early mornings, start times will vary between 5am to 6am Job responsibilities include but are not limited to Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties. Mow lawn either by hand or using a riding lawnmower. Cut lawn using hand, power or riding mower and trim and edge around walks, flower beds, and walls. Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes. Trim shrubs and pull weeds. Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment utilized in groundskeeping. Change pin placements rake sand traps excavate around pipes for irrigation repair Sanding/painting being able to work alone and with others able to operate equipment in a safe manor
