• Seasonal Job Overview This position I am posting is ideal for a high school student or young adult looking to gain solid work experience and build a strong resume.

I am eager to mentor someone motivated to get a foot in the door and learn reliable landscaping/gardening and property maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform weekly gardening tasks beginning in spring-late fall. Tasks will include but are not limited to thorough weeding, edging, and deadheading flowers and ad hoc outdoor projects as requested by homeowner. Maintain and clean the outdoor kitchen, grill, patio furniture, umbrellas & patio areas. Assist with Hot Tub and swim spa maintenance. Assist with seasonal holiday decoration setup and takedown. Help with various indoor and outdoor home & constructions projects as needed, such as window washing, power washing, cleaning.

Requirements:

Physical Strength:

Must be physically strong and capable of heavy lifting and stamina-for yard work & special projects. Have some understanding of how to use landscaping tools such as weed wacker and power washer.

Transportation:

Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to access the property.

Reliability:

Hardworking, punctual, and flexible with shifting indoor/outdoor tasks.

Communication :

Must be fluent in English with a strong ability to understand instruction and successfully follow through on tasks. Must keep homeowner informed through text messaging.

Pay:
