Full-time Help Wanted:

Landscaping and Snow & Ice Removal CassMartz Corp , a family-owned business in Saco, Maine, is looking for a hardworking and experienced individual to join our team as a Landscaping and Snow Plowing Specialist . If you have a passion for working outdoors, know your way around landscaping tools, and can handle snow removal equipment, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

Landscaping Duties:

Perform all aspects of landscaping, including mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and general lawn care Operate and maintain Walker mowers and other landscaping equipment, such as edgers, trimmers, blowers, and chainsaws Safely use power tools for pruning, hedge trimming, and small-scale tree work Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on landscaping equipment to ensure smooth operation Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site and in company vehicles Gutter Maintenance

• Inspect and performing gutter cleaning on single story storage units.

Snow Removal Duties:

Operate snow removal equipment, including plows, snow blowers, and salt spreaders, to clear driveways, parking lots, and walkways Safely drive and operate trucks equipped with plows for efficient snow clearing on residential and commercial properties Utilize knowledge of snow removal techniques and best practices to ensure safe and effective clearing Perform pre

• and post-operation checks on all snow removal equipment to ensure safety and functionality Respond promptly to snow events, often during early morning hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, and/or snow removal is preferred Skilled in operating and maintaining Walker mowers , power tools, and snow removal equipment Experience running heavy machinery such as skid steers, loaders, backhoes, and plow trucks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving a truck and trailer is a plus Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety Ability to complete tasks independently and efficiently, using good judgment to make decisions without needing constant direction Knowledge of snow removal techniques and best practices Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects and equipment Ability to work in extreme cold weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed during snow events. Physically fit and capable of performing strenuous tasks in various weather conditions
