We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a part-time grounds maintenance role. This position plays an important part in maintaining clean, safe, and attractive outdoor spaces for employees, visitors, and the community. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety guidelines, and can work independently as well as with others. Responsibilities Maintain lawns, landscaping, walkways, and exterior areas to ensure a neat and welcoming appearance Perform routine tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, weeding, raking, and debris removal Assist with seasonal grounds upkeep, including leaf collection, snow and ice support, and other weather-related needs as assigned Monitor outdoor spaces for litter, damage, safety concerns, and maintenance needs Operate and care for grounds maintenance tools and equipment in a safe and responsible manner Follow established procedures for waste disposal, equipment storage, and site cleanliness Report maintenance issues, hazards, or repair needs to the appropriate team member Support general facility upkeep tasks as needed Qualifications Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance experience is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable using basic hand tools and grounds maintenance equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and appearance Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and manage time effectively Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks as needed Additional Information We value candidates who bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to quality.
