Job Description

We are currently in the process of finding team members for our 2026 season. The season runs Mid-May though October. Part time availability could be an option for the right candidate out of season. Work includes but is not limited to basic carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, power washing, scraping, mowing, weeding, watering, setup and teardown for events, snow removal. Tasks may not be limited to the Seawall Motel grounds.

Tasks this job may handle:

Fixing a leaky drain, Mowing the lawn, Spraying for Spiders, Washing Windows, Folding Laundry, Moving and Assembling Furniture, Painting, Adjusting sliding doors, etc. This position can be part time or full time for the right person. Up-to 20 hours per week are available in a part time capacity. Ideal candidate would be a work camper, retiree, or someone who is seeking 1-2 days per week. Depending on skill set and fit, full time could be achieved through working multiple roles. Winter work available for the right candidate. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping, including mowing, irrigation, pruning, and plant identification Proficiency with hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge; ability to operate landscaping equipment and general maintenance tasks Knowledge of pesticide management, lawn care, and safety protocols for outdoor work Strong outdoor work ethic with reliability, attention to detail, and ability to follow photos and schedules

Optional/plus:

experience with snow plowing, tree care, and excavation or construction tasks; valid driver's license may be preferred
